In the field of CNC machining (computer numerical control machining), profile machines, as specialized processing equipment for metal profiles, have become the core support for metal profile processing in multiple industries such as construction, automotive, and shipbuilding due to their precise and efficient processing advantages. With the upgrading of CNC machining technology, profile machines have gradually achieved automation and high-precision control, which can accurately complete core processes such as cutting, drilling, and milling of metal profiles, greatly improving production efficiency and processing accuracy. 1、 What is a CNC profile machine? Core Definition and Composition


CNC profile machine is a specialized CNC machine tool suitable for metal profile processing. Its core positioning is to precisely drive various types of metal profiles through a CNC control system for customized processing such as cutting, drilling, milling, etc., to meet the size and shape requirements of different industries for metal profiles. 2、 Core classification of CNC profile machine: divided by processing process

1. Sawing machine type CNC profile machine


The core adapts to the cutting and processing of metal profiles, using a CNC control system to drive high-speed rotating saw blades for precise cutting of metal profiles.
